REQUEST TO THE NOAA AND THE DOD

Sir,

In your (NOAA’s) National Tsunami Hazard Mitigation Program (NTHMP)*, I could not find a single word about Diego Garcia and the tsunami warning for the Indian Ocean.

Are your stupid incompetent people from the NOAA, the FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security unaware that there is a strategic US military base in the middle of the Indian Ocean? And that in the case of a tsunami, the lives of American citizens and security-related material worth billions would be at stake?

Did not you, NOAA’s idiots, really learn anything from the man-made 2004 tsunami disaster?

Everyone knows that there are irresponsible criminal idiots in your PTWC. Does that also apply to the rest of the US administration?
